11.17.2009 + the H4 has now
completed the planning & engineering phase. The permit set is ready & we
will go for the building permit on Thursday. |

10.14.2009 + the soil is fine
& the required variance for the H4 prototype was approved yesterday by the
City of Milford. We are ready to go! The H4 is now in engineering & we are
currently finalizing the permit set. |

09.04.2009 + we now have a
lot under contract in Milford, CT & are getting ready to dig test pits in
order to determine soil composition & bearing capacity. |

08.05.2009 + we chose to develop a
new model for the showcase home. The new H4 is a 2100SF 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath
home with an estimated turnkey price of $120 to $150 per SF. A pre-release
3D model is now complete & we are moving on to the rendering phase. |

lot for the H4. The H4 is currently going through a review process & will be
re-designed from the ground up. The final product will be more in line with
the design language of the H1. |
